Create Book Profile

https://{environment}.x9trader.com/api/broker/v1/book-profiles

Create a risk-routing profile. book_type is A (hedge), B (warehouse), or C (hybrid); A-Book derives 100% coverage, B-Book derives 0%, and C-Book accepts 1–99%. hedge_mode is GROSS (per order) or NET (net book).
